# Credit History

> Monitor your credit score and report on web and iOS.

<Note>
  Credit History is rolling out gradually. If you do not see it yet, it has not reached your account yet - no action needed on your end.
</Note>

<Tip>Available in MyTruv iOS 1.6 and later.</Tip>

The [Credit History](https://app.mytruv.com/data/credit) page shows your current credit score, key health factors, account list, and recent inquiries in one place.

## What is on the page

**Score** - Your current score from your credit bureau, the date the report was last updated, and where your score falls in the range. A chart below shows how your score has changed over time.

**What changed** - When your score moves between reports, a banner highlights the change and what may have driven it.

**Key factors** - Four stats that make up your credit health: credit utilization, on-time payment rate, credit age, and number of open accounts. Each one shows whether it is helping or hurting your overall score.

<Tip>MyTruv iOS 1.7 and later shows a redesigned Credit tab: a refreshed score gauge, per-account category labels on the accounts that need attention (charge-off, collections, derogatory), and each account's interest rate on its detail screen.</Tip>

**Accounts** - Every account on your credit report, grouped by type - credit cards, mortgages, student loans, auto loans, and others. Tap or click any account to see its full payment history. If a credit card on your report isn't linked to MyTruv as one of your financial accounts, an optional prompt lets you connect it as a financial account so its balance and spending show up alongside your other accounts. This account connection is separate from Credit History and is not required for it.

**Inquiries** - Hard inquiries on your report from the past two years. Hard inquiries occur when a lender checks your credit before approving a loan or card application.

## Connecting your credit history

Credit History uses its own connection, separate from your bank and payroll accounts - you do not need to link a credit card for it. Connecting it securely pulls your credit report so MyTruv can show your score, accounts, and inquiries.

1. Open [Banks, payroll & credit](https://app.mytruv.com/data/connections) - it's in the sidebar on the web, and under **Settings** on iOS.
2. Under **Add new**, select **Credit History** (**Credit** on iOS) and follow the prompts.

If you have not connected yet, the Credit History page itself also offers a **Connect credit history** button. You can connect only one credit history per person.

On iOS, open [Credit](https://app.mytruv.com/data/credit) on the **Home** tab, in the row of pages across the top, and tap **Connect credit** to start the same flow. The Home checklist also includes a **Connect your credit** step.

## How often it updates

Your report refreshes automatically each time your credit history connection syncs. The header shows the bureau name and the date of the last update so you can see how current the data is.
