# Bills Calendar (iOS)

> iOS-only calendar view on the Recurring screen for seeing when upcoming bills and recurring income are due.

<Note>The calendar described here is iOS only. On the web, the same data is shown as a flat list - see [Viewing Upcoming Bills](/recurring/viewing-upcoming-bills) for the **Next 30 days** and **Later** groupings.</Note>

On iOS, the Recurring screen includes a calendar that gives you a visual sense of when recurring charges and income are due.

## The "Coming up" view

The Recurring screen opens with a two-week window labeled **Coming up**, covering today plus the days just before and after. A short summary line tells you how many charges are scheduled in the next 7 days and the combined amount (the amount counts outflows only, so recurring income doesn't inflate the total). If nothing is scheduled in that window, the summary shows a brief fallback line instead.

Days with at least one recurring item are visually marked so busy stretches stand out at a glance.

Tap any day to select it. A panel opens showing:

* The selected date and a signed net amount for that day (positive when inflows outweigh outflows on that date, negative otherwise)
* A list of every recurring item due that day, with the merchant or source name, frequency, and amount

Tap an item to open its detail view. Tap the selected day again to collapse the panel.

## Opening the full month

The **Coming up** header has a calendar control that opens the full month view. Use the month navigation to move between months, and **Done** to close it.

Each day in the month shows:

* The day number
* A visual cue for what's scheduled. If the day has exactly one recurring item, you see that merchant's avatar inline; if it has more than one, you see the count.
* A signed net amount for the day (for example, **+$12** or **-$1k**)

Today is marked so you can orient yourself, and days with scheduled items are visually distinguished from empty days.

Tap a day to select it. A panel shows the date label, the signed net for that day, and a scrollable list of every item due. Tap a row to open the recurring detail view. If the selected day has nothing scheduled, the panel shows a brief empty-state line instead.
