# Changing the App Theme

> Switch between light, dark, and system appearance in MyTruv.

MyTruv can be displayed in a light or dark appearance, or follow your device's system setting.

<Note>
  On the web app, MyTruv automatically follows your browser or operating system theme - there is no in-app picker. On iOS, you can choose the appearance directly inside the app.

## Changing the theme on iOS

1. Open **Settings** and tap **Appearance**.
2. Choose **System**, **Light**, or **Dark**.
3. The new appearance applies right away and is remembered the next time you open the app.

Picking **System** lets MyTruv follow your iPhone's appearance setting, so the app switches automatically whenever your device does.

<Tip>If you're not sure which to pick, **System** is the lowest-effort choice - MyTruv will match the rest of your phone without any extra steps.</Tip>
