# Editing Your Profile

> View and edit your profile in MyTruv - name, email, and profile picture.

Your profile holds your name, email, and profile picture. MyTruv uses these across the app, including in the Assistant and on the home screen.

  **On the web** - your profile is currently view-only. Open **Settings → Profile** to see your name, email, and profile picture.

  **On iOS** - open **Settings → Profile** to view the same fields and edit your first or last name.

## Editing your name on iOS

1. Open MyTruv and go to **Settings → Profile**.
2. Tap **First name** or **Last name** and update the value.
3. Tap **Save** in the toolbar.

The Save button appears only when you've changed something. Last name is optional - if you leave it empty, your avatar shows just your first-name initial.

## Email

Email is **read-only** on both platforms - you can copy it but you can't change it from inside the app. If you need to update your email, contact support.

## Profile picture

If you signed in with Google or another social provider that includes a profile picture, MyTruv shows it on your profile and across the app. If no picture is available, you'll see a colored avatar with your initials instead.
