# Sending Feedback

Sending feedback is a way to tell the MyTruv team what's working, what's broken, and what you wish existed.

<Note>
  The feedback flow looks different on each platform:

  * **Web** ([app.mytruv.com/settings/feedback](https://app.mytruv.com/settings/feedback)): a short in-app survey. Answer the prompts and submit.
  * **iOS** (Settings → Feedback): pick a category (Bug Report, Feature Request, Question, or Other), write your message, then tap **Send feedback**.

## What happens with your feedback

Your feedback goes straight to the product team and helps shape what we build, fix, and prioritize next. It is not a support ticket - you won't get an automatic reply by email or in the app. If you need help with your account or a specific issue, see [Contacting Support](/settings/contacting-support) instead.

## Tips for helpful feedback

* **For bugs**: include what you expected to happen versus what actually happened, plus the screen you were on and the steps to reproduce it.
* **For features**: describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution you have in mind. That gives the team room to find the best fix.
