You can change your MyTruv account password at any time from the app settings.

How to change your password

  1. Open MyTruv and go to Settings
  2. Tap Account or your profile at the top
  3. Tap Change Password
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter and confirm your new password
  6. Tap Save

Password requirements

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number or special character

Forgot your current password?

If you can’t remember your current password:
  1. Sign out of the app
  2. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Follow the link to create a new password
After changing your password, you’ll remain signed in on your current device. Other devices may require you to sign in again.
Use a unique password that you don’t use for other apps or websites.
