Only you. Your financial data in MyTruv is private and accessible only to you on the devices where you’re signed in.

Your data stays yours

  • No selling your data. We never sell your personal or financial data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties.
  • No third-party sharing. Your financial information is not shared with outside companies for marketing or any other purpose.
  • No employee access to individual data. MyTruv team members do not browse individual users’ financial data. Access to production systems is limited to operational needs and is audited.

What about our data provider?

  • Our parent company, Truv, runs the bank and payroll aggregation platform that MyTruv uses to connect to your accounts.
  • Truv handles connection data under our contractual data-protection terms and only processes the data needed to maintain your connections.
  • Truv does not use your data for independent purposes.

Your control

  • Disconnect an account at any time. Disconnecting immediately revokes MyTruv’s access to that account’s data. See Managing Connections.
  • Delete your MyTruv account. Deleting removes the data MyTruv stores for you. See Deleting Your Account.
