Your data stays yours
- No selling your data - We never sell your personal or financial data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties
- No third-party sharing - Your financial information is not shared with outside companies for marketing or any other purpose
- No employee access - MyTruv team members cannot view your individual financial data
What about our data provider?
- Our banking data provider (Plaid) facilitates the secure connection between MyTruv and your bank
- Plaid is bound by strict data privacy agreements and only processes data needed to maintain your connection
- Plaid does not use your data for independent purposes
Your control
- You can disconnect any account at any time, immediately revoking access
- You can delete your MyTruv account to remove all stored data
- You can export your data before deleting if you want a personal copy
