The MyTruv PIN is an iOS-only feature. The web app doesn’t use a PIN - if you can’t access the web app, sign out and sign back in.
Reset your PIN
- On the PIN entry screen, tap Sign out.
- Sign in again with your usual method (email, phone, Apple, or Google).
- Open Settings → Security & Privacy.
- Either disable PIN entirely, or set a new 4-digit PIN.
About PIN attempts
If you enter the wrong PIN 5 times in a row, the lock screen pauses for 30 seconds before accepting more attempts.If sign-out doesn’t help
