Getting started with MyTruv takes just a few minutes. Here’s how to create your account.

Steps to sign up

  1. Download MyTruv from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Open the app and tap Get Started
  3. Choose your sign-in method (see options below)
  4. Verify your identity by entering a one-time passcode sent to your email or phone
  5. Complete your profile by adding your first and last name
Once your account is created, you’ll be guided through the onboarding process where you’ll connect your financial accounts, answer a short personalization questionnaire, name your AI assistant, and set up a security PIN.

Sign in options

MyTruv supports the following sign-in methods:
  • Sign in with Apple
  • Sign in with Google
  • Email and password
  • Phone number with one-time passcode
Using Sign in with Apple or Google is the fastest way to get started.
You must be 18 or older to create a MyTruv account.
