If nothing helps
Delete and reinstall the app. Your data, accounts, and connections come back when you sign back in - nothing is stored only locally.Web
- Hard refresh the page - on Mac, press Command + Shift + R; on Windows or Linux, press Control + Shift + R. This bypasses the browser cache.
- Try a different supported browser - if MyTruv misbehaves in one browser, switch to another modern browser to isolate the issue.
- Clear your browser’s cache - if hard refresh doesn’t help, clear cached files and reload. Your account stays signed in via Auth0; clearing cache won’t sign you out unless you also clear cookies.
- Check your internet connection - try opening another site to verify your connection is working.
Both platforms
- Check your internet connection - Wi-Fi and cellular can both have intermittent issues; try switching to test.
- Crash reports are automatic - MyTruv collects crash data in the background, so you don’t need to send logs manually.
