The feedback flow looks different on each platform:
- Web (app.mytruv.com/settings/feedback): a short in-app survey. Answer the prompts and submit.
- iOS (Settings → Feedback): pick a category (Bug Report, Feature Request, Question, or Other), write your message, then tap Send feedback.
What happens with your feedback
Your feedback goes straight to the product team and helps shape what we build, fix, and prioritize next. It is not a support ticket - you won’t get an automatic reply by email or in the app. If you need help with your account or a specific issue, see Contacting Support instead.Tips for helpful feedback
- For bugs: include what you expected to happen versus what actually happened, plus the screen you were on and the steps to reproduce it.
- For features: describe the problem you’re trying to solve, not just the solution you have in mind. That gives the team room to find the best fix.
