You can send feedback directly from the app to help us improve MyTruv.
How to send feedback
- Go to Settings
- Tap Feedback under the Support section
- Choose a feedback type:
- Bug Report - Something isn’t working correctly
- Feature - An idea for a new feature or improvement
- Question - A general question about the app
- Other - Anything else
- Write your message and tap Send
You’ll see a confirmation once your feedback is submitted.
Tips for helpful feedback
- For bugs - Describe what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Include the screen you were on and any steps to reproduce the issue.
- For features - Describe the problem you’re trying to solve, not just the solution you want. This helps us find the best approach.
For urgent issues or account-specific questions, use Settings > Help to chat directly with support.
