How to send feedback

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Feedback under the Support section
  3. Choose a feedback type:
    • Bug Report - Something isn’t working correctly
    • Feature - An idea for a new feature or improvement
    • Question - A general question about the app
    • Other - Anything else
  4. Write your message and tap Send
You’ll see a confirmation once your feedback is submitted.

Tips for helpful feedback

  • For bugs - Describe what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Include the screen you were on and any steps to reproduce the issue.
  • For features - Describe the problem you’re trying to solve, not just the solution you want. This helps us find the best approach.
For urgent issues or account-specific questions, use Settings > Help to chat directly with support.
