Encryption

- Data in transit is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security), the same technology used by banks
- Bank credentials are never stored on our servers - they’re handled by our secure banking data provider
Authentication
- Face ID / Touch ID - Use biometric authentication for quick, secure access
- 4-digit PIN protection - Set a PIN as an alternative or backup to biometrics
- App lock - The app locks automatically when you switch away, with configurable lock timeout (1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 1 hour)
Data handling
- Your financial data is stored securely and accessible only to you
- We do not sell your personal financial data to third parties
- Read-only access - MyTruv can view your account data but cannot move money or make transactions on your behalf
