Global search is currently iOS only. On the web, data discovery happens by navigating to specific pages and using each page’s filters - see below.
On iOS
The Search tab on the bottom tab bar is a single search box that looks across many entity types at once. What you can search for
- Transactions - by merchant name or category (e.g. “Uber”, “groceries”)
- Accounts - search by institution or account nickname
- Insights - search the title or summary of any insight
- Recurring inflows / outflows - search by name or category
- Charts - 16 pre-built visualizations across Spending, Income, Recurring, Cash Flow, and Accounts (see Using the Chart Library)
- App sections - typing “spending”, “transactions”, “accounts” etc. jumps you to the corresponding feature
Recent items
When the search bar is empty, the Search tab shows your recent items - whatever you tapped on most recently in past searches. Clear the list with the button in the header. On the web
