MyTruv sends notifications to keep you informed about important financial activity. You can manage which notifications you receive and how they’re delivered.

Types of notifications

  • Transaction alerts - Notifications about large or unusual transactions
  • Bill reminders - Alerts when upcoming bills are approaching
  • Insight notifications - Personalized financial insights delivered to your device
  • Account alerts - Notifications about connection issues or balance changes
  • Security alerts - Important security-related notifications

How to manage notifications

  1. Go to Settings in the app
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. Toggle each notification type on or off
  4. Customize your preferences

System notification settings

In addition to in-app settings, make sure notifications are enabled at the system level:
  1. Open your iPhone’s Settings app
  2. Scroll down and tap MyTruv
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Make sure Allow Notifications is turned on
Keep at least bill reminders and security alerts enabled to stay on top of important financial activity.
You can always access your insights in the app even if you have notifications turned off.
