MyTruv includes a built-in AI assistant that can answer questions about your finances, generate charts, and provide personalized insights.
Getting started with your assistant
During onboarding, you’ll be asked to give your assistant a name and choose an avatar. This makes the experience feel more personal. You can find your assistant by tapping the Assistant tab at the bottom of the screen.
Personalizing your assistant
You can customize how your assistant works:
- Go to Settings > Preferences > Assistant
- Change your assistant’s name and avatar
- Add memory - a personalized prompt that helps the assistant understand you better
- Set custom instructions that guide how the assistant responds to your questions
What can your assistant do?
- Answer questions like “How much did I spend on dining last month?”
- Generate visual charts and breakdowns
- Summarize your financial activity
- Alert you to unusual spending
- Help you understand your income and deductions
The more specific your questions, the better your assistant can help. Try asking “What are my top 5 spending categories this month?” instead of “Show me spending.”
