The payment methods available to you depend on where you started your subscription.
Web subscription (app.mytruv.com): pay by card or by bank transfer (ACH). Card payments can use Apple Pay or Google Pay on devices and browsers that support them, since those fill in a saved card behind the scenes. You choose your payment method during checkout.iOS App Store subscription: billing uses whatever payment method you have on file with your Apple ID - a card, Apple ID balance, or another option Apple supports.iOS bank transfer (ACH): same as web. If you start your subscription from the iOS checkout screen and pick bank transfer, you enter your card or bank account during that checkout, and Apple is not involved.

Bank transfer (ACH)

When you choose bank transfer during checkout, you link a bank account and authorize MyTruv to debit it for your subscription on a recurring basis. After you select an account, the last four digits are shown back to you (for example, ····1234) so you can confirm the right account before continuing. You can review the full terms during checkout:

Updating your payment method

Web subscription (and iOS bank transfer)

The Settings → Membership page does not currently include a control for switching the card or bank account on file. To change your payment method, cancel your current subscription and start a new one with the payment method you want to use.
MyTruv does not offer refunds. If you cancel partway through a billing period to switch payment methods, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, but you won’t be refunded for unused time.
See Canceling Your Subscription for the steps, and Managing Your Subscription for what happens after you resubscribe.

iOS App Store subscription

Your payment method for an App Store subscription is your Apple ID payment method, not something MyTruv stores. To change the card or other payment option Apple uses, go to Apple Subscriptions or open Settings on your device and tap your name, then Payment & Shipping. Apple handles all card updates, Apple ID balance, and family-sharing payment rules.

Auto-renewal

All MyTruv subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
For App Store subscriptions, Apple’s rule applies: cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date for the cancellation to take effect before the next charge. Web subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period regardless of timing.
