MyTruv caches your financial data locally so you can still view your information when you’re offline.

What works offline

When you lose internet connectivity, MyTruv shows your most recently synced data, including:
  • Account balances
  • Transaction history
  • Spending breakdowns
  • Recurring bills and income
You’ll see a banner indicating you’re offline along with the date your data was last updated.

What requires a connection

The following features need an internet connection:
  • AI Assistant - Sending messages and receiving responses
  • Syncing new data - Pulling the latest transactions and balances
  • Connecting accounts - Linking new financial institutions
  • Generating insights - Creating new AI-powered analysis

When you’re back online

Once your connection is restored, MyTruv automatically refreshes your data. You can also pull down to manually trigger a sync.
If your data seems outdated after reconnecting, try pulling down to refresh or restarting the app.
