The Connections screen is where you see all your linked institutions, check their status, and fix any issues.

Where to find it

On the web (app.mytruv.com) - Connections is in the sidebar, or go directly to app.mytruv.com/data/connections.On iOS - go to Settings → Connections.

What you’ll see

Each active connection shows the institution name and logo, the number of linked accounts, the last sync time, and a status badge.

Connection status badges

  • Connected - everything is working and data is up to date
  • Syncing… / Logging in… / Created - data is being pulled or the connection is still finishing setup; nothing for you to do
  • Awaiting MFA - your bank wants a verification code. Tap the connection to provide it.
  • Login failed, Auth failed, Session expired, Account locked, or Error - the connection needs your attention. Use the Fix flow below.
  • No data - the connection was made but no account data came back. Check that your account at the institution has the expected information.
  • Unavailable / Not supported - a temporary issue at the institution’s side. Usually resolves on its own.
  • Disconnected - the connection has been removed (or the link needs a manual reconnection). Relink it to restore data.

Fixing connections that need attention

The Fix action relaunches the secure widget so you can sign in to your institution again.
On the web - any card with an issue shows a Fix button. Syncing your data
