The Connections screen lets you see all your linked financial institutions, check their status, and fix any issues.

Viewing your connections

Open the Connections screen to see all active connections. Each connection shows the institution name, linked accounts, and a status badge indicating whether the connection is working.

Connection status

Your connections can have the following statuses:
  • Working - The connection is syncing properly
  • Needs attention - Additional verification is required
  • Credentials expired - You need to re-enter your login credentials
  • Account locked - Your account at the institution is locked. Unlock it and try again.
  • Temporarily unavailable - The institution’s service is temporarily down

Fixing broken connections

When a connection needs attention, you’ll see a Fix Connections banner at the top of the screen with a count of issues. Tap it to step through each connection that needs fixing.
  1. Tap Fix Connections
  2. Follow the prompts to re-authenticate with each institution
  3. Once all connections are addressed, you’ll see an “All Done!” confirmation

Adding new connections

Tap the Add New section and choose a category:
  • Bank accounts - Checking and savings
  • Income & employment - Payroll and employer connections
  • Credit Cards - Credit card accounts
  • Loans - Mortgages, auto loans, student loans
  • Investments - Brokerage and retirement accounts

Disconnecting an institution

  1. Tap the connection you want to remove
  2. Scroll down and tap Disconnect
  3. Confirm the removal
Disconnecting removes the connection and all associated data permanently. This cannot be undone.

Checking sync status

Each connection shows when it was last synced. Pull down to refresh and trigger a new sync.
If a connection keeps breaking, try unlinking and relinking the account. Some institutions periodically require re-authentication.
