If you decide you no longer want to use MyTruv, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Account or Profile
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Read the information about what will be deleted
  5. Confirm your decision

What gets deleted

When you delete your account:
  • Your MyTruv profile and all personal information
  • All connected financial account links
  • Your transaction history within MyTruv
  • All chat history with the AI assistant
  • Your preferences and settings
  • All insights and saved data

What doesn’t change

  • Your actual bank accounts are not affected in any way
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately at app.mytruv.com/login to avoid being charged after deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
