You can sign out of MyTruv at any time from the app settings.
How to log out
- Open MyTruv and go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap Log Out
- Confirm by tapping Log Out again
What happens when you log out
- Your data is preserved - Logging out does not delete your account or any connected accounts
- You’ll need to sign back in - Use your email and password (or Face ID / Touch ID if enabled) to access your account again
- Local cache is cleared - Temporarily cached data on your device is removed for security
When to log out
- If you’re lending your device to someone else
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- When troubleshooting app issues (signing out and back in can resolve some problems)
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately after logging out.
