On the web - Log out sits at the bottom of the Settings sidebar (desktop) or in the main settings page (mobile). There’s no confirmation - tapping it signs you out immediately.On iOS - scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Sign out. A confirmation alert appears: tap Sign out again to confirm, or Cancel to stay signed in.
What happens when you sign out
- Your account and data are kept - signing out does not delete anything.
- The app clears your session and any locally cached data on this device.
- You’ll need to sign back in to use MyTruv again on this device.
When to sign out
- You’re lending your device to someone else.
- You want to switch to a different MyTruv account on the same device.
- You’re troubleshooting an issue and want to start with a clean session.
Signing out vs deleting your account
Signing out is reversible - signing back in restores your data. Deleting your account is permanent. See Deleting Your Account for the full deletion flow.Related
