  • Device: iPhone or iPad
  • Operating system: iOS 17.0 or later / iPadOS 17.0 or later
  • Storage: At least 100 MB of free space
  • Internet: An active internet connection is required to sync your financial data
For the best experience, we recommend:
  • Latest iOS version installed on your device
  • Face ID or Touch ID enabled for quick, secure access
  • Notifications enabled so you don’t miss important financial alerts
  • Wi-Fi connection for initial account syncing
MyTruv is currently available on iOS only. An Android version is not available at this time.
