App lock is currently available on iOS. The web app uses your Auth0 session - sign out from Settings when you’re done on a shared computer.
How app lock works
Once you’ve enabled a lock method, MyTruv tracks how long the app has been idle. When the inactivity timeout passes, the app locks and you’ll need to authenticate the next time you open it. Returning to the app within the timeout window does not prompt re-auth.Configuring the lock timeout
The Lock after picker appears in Settings → Security & Privacy once you’ve enabled biometric authentication or set a PIN. Choose one of:- 1 minute
- 5 minutes (default)
- 15 minutes
- 1 hour
Choosing an authentication method
App lock uses one method at a time:- Biometric authentication - Face ID, Touch ID, or Optic ID. See Setting Up Face ID or Touch ID.
- PIN - a 4-digit code. See Using a PIN.
