You can reach the MyTruv team a few ways, depending on what you need.

Ways to reach us

  • Email: support@mytruv.com - good for account-specific questions or anything that needs a human reply.
  • In-app Feedback form: send a note straight to the product team from inside MyTruv. See Sending Feedback.
  • From this Help Center: use the Contact support link in the navigation to open the same email channel without leaving the docs.
On both web and iOS, open Settings and tap Help to land here at help.mytruv.com.

Before reaching out

A few quick things usually get you an answer faster than waiting on a reply:
  • Search this Help Center. Most common questions about accounts, billing, transactions, and connections are covered in their own articles.
  • Ask the AI Assistant inside MyTruv. It can answer app- and money-related questions in chat, pull up your own numbers, and walk you through features without leaving the app. See Meet your AI Assistant.
  • Skim the troubleshooting guide. If something looks off - a missing transaction, a stale balance, a connection that won’t refresh - start with Common Questions.

What to include in your message

To help us answer quickly, please include:
  • A clear description of the problem or question
  • Steps to reproduce, if it’s a bug
  • Screenshots if they help illustrate the issue
  • Your device and OS version (especially for iOS issues)
