- All subscription charges are final - Payments are non-refundable once processed
- Cancel anytime - You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds - If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access for the remainder of the period but will not receive a prorated refund

If you’d like to stop future charges:
- Sign in at app.mytruv.com/login
- Go to your subscription settings
- Click Cancel Subscription
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
