MyTruv does not offer refunds for subscription payments. This applies to both web subscriptions (billed through MyTruv) and App Store subscriptions (billed through Apple).What you can do instead
To avoid the next charge, cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the period you have already paid for - you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed to MyTruv through the App Store, all refund requests are handled by Apple, not by MyTruv. Apple’s standard refund-request process applies, and approvals are at Apple’s discretion under their own refund policy.If you subscribed on iOS using bank transfer (ACH) instead of the App Store, your subscription is billed by MyTruv directly, and the standard MyTruv no-refund policy applies.
