MyTruv lets you fine-tune your notification preferences so you only get the alerts that matter to you.

How to set preferences

  1. Open MyTruv and go to Settings
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. Review each notification category
  4. Toggle individual notification types on or off

For active monitoring

If you want to stay closely informed:
  • Enable all transaction and bill notifications
  • Turn on weekly spending summaries
  • Keep security alerts on

For minimal interruptions

If you prefer fewer notifications:
  • Enable only bill reminders and security alerts
  • Turn off transaction notifications
  • Disable spending summaries

Push notification requirements

To receive notifications, you need:
  • Notifications enabled in your iPhone Settings for MyTruv
  • An active internet connection on your device
  • The app installed on your device (notifications won’t work after uninstalling)
Security notifications cannot be turned off for your protection.
Start with all notifications enabled and gradually turn off the ones you find less useful.
