How the trial is offered
- Web - during onboarding, a “Get a free week of Pro” prompt compares Free and Pro side by side. Click Start my free week, enter a payment method at checkout, and your trial begins. If you have a promo code, you can apply it on the checkout page (see Promo Codes).
- iOS - on the membership screen (during onboarding, or later from Settings → Membership while you’re on Free), pick the yearly plan that shows a 7 days free badge along with your first-charge date. Choose your payment method (App Store or bank transfer) and the trial starts right away.
During your trial
You have full Pro access for the entire 7 days, just like a paid subscriber. If you decide Pro isn’t for you, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.What happens at the end of the trial
If you don’t cancel, your subscription automatically converts to paid at the current price shown in the app, and the first charge posts on the first-charge date you saw when you started the trial. You’ll get a reminder before the trial ends so you have time to decide.Canceling before the trial ends
Cancel through the same channel you used to start the trial:- Web - sign in at app.mytruv.com/settings/subscription and cancel from Settings → Membership.
- iOS App Store subscribers - cancel through Apple Subscriptions.
- iOS bank transfer (ACH) subscribers - open the web app and cancel from Settings → Membership.
You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Canceling during the trial keeps Pro active until the trial period is up.
