Canceling MyTruv Pro doesn’t end your access right away - you keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, and on web you can reverse the cancellation any time before then.

Until your billing period ends

Your Pro features keep working exactly as before. Only your subscription status changes to show that a cancellation is pending.
  • Web (Settings → Membership): the status badge switches to Ends soon and the page shows the date your Pro access ends.
  • iOS (Settings → Membership): the status switches to Pending with a message confirming the date your membership will end.
You won’t be billed again after the current period ends.

Undoing a cancellation

If you change your mind, you can usually reverse the cancellation before the period ends.
The path back depends on where you subscribed:
  • Web subscribers - open Settings → Membership and tap Keep Pro. This is available any time before your end date and instantly restores your renewal.
  • iOS App Store subscribers - re-enable the subscription from Apple Subscriptions. From the app, Settings → Membership → Manage in App Store takes you straight there.
  • iOS bank transfer (ACH) subscribers - undo the cancellation from the web app at Settings → Membership.
Once your billing period ends, you can no longer reverse the cancellation - you’d need to resubscribe instead.

After your subscription ends

Your account switches to Free. Pro-only features lock at the end of the period - see Subscription Plans for what’s included on each tier. Your data stays put. All your connected accounts, transactions, categories, rules, and history remain on your MyTruv account - nothing is deleted when a subscription ends.

Resubscribing later

You can resubscribe at any time from Settings → Membership on web or iOS. When you do, everything comes back without re-linking:
  • Connected bank and brokerage accounts
  • Transaction history and categorizations
  • Rules, tags, and other personalizations

Cancellation vs deletion

Canceling stops billing and removes Pro access at the end of the period. It does not remove your data. If you want your data permanently removed, that’s a separate step - see Deleting Your Account.
MyTruv does not offer refunds for the current billing period. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you’re already in.
