Thinking about canceling? Here’s exactly what to expect.

During your remaining subscription period

  • Full access continues - You keep all premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No additional charges - You won’t be billed again after cancellation
  • Everything works normally - Accounts stay connected, data stays synced

After your subscription expires

  • Your data is preserved - All your accounts, transactions, and history remain saved
  • Access is limited - Premium features (AI assistant, insights, detailed spending breakdowns) will no longer be available
  • Accounts stay connected - Your bank connections are maintained so you can pick up right where you left off if you resubscribe

If you resubscribe later

  • Instant access - All your data and connected accounts are restored immediately
  • No re-linking needed - Your bank connections are still active
  • History preserved - All your past transactions and spending data remain intact

Important notes

  • Canceling your subscription does not delete your account
  • To permanently remove your data, you must separately delete your account in Settings
  • Cancel your subscription at app.mytruv.com/login
If you’re on the fence, remember that your data is always preserved. You can cancel now and resubscribe anytime without losing anything.
