You can cancel your MyTruv subscription at any time. Here’s how.

How to cancel

  1. Go to app.mytruv.com/login and sign in
  2. Navigate to your Account or Subscription settings
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm the cancellation

What happens after canceling

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You won’t be charged again after the current period ends
  • Your data is preserved - if you resubscribe later, your accounts and history will still be there
  • After your subscription expires, you’ll lose access to premium features

Things to know

  • Canceling doesn’t give you a refund for the current billing period
  • You can continue using all features until your subscription expires
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription - you must cancel through app.mytruv.com
Simply deleting the MyTruv app will not cancel your subscription. You must cancel at app.mytruv.com to stop future charges.
