You can cancel your MyTruv subscription any time. The exact steps depend on how you originally signed up.
  • Web subscribers - go to Settings, open Membership, scroll to the bottom, and tap Cancel subscription. Answer a short feedback question, review the recap of what you would lose, and confirm with No thanks, cancel anyway.
  • iOS App Store subscribers - cancel through Apple Subscriptions. From the app, you can also open Settings → Membership and tap Manage in App Store to jump straight to Apple’s cancellation screen.
  • iOS bank transfer (ACH) subscribers - open the web app at app.mytruv.com, go to Settings → Membership, and cancel from there. Apple Subscriptions doesn’t list your plan because you didn’t pay through the App Store.

When the cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. You keep Pro access and all your Pro features until that date. After the period ends, your account switches to Free. If you change your mind, you can reverse the cancellation before the end date and stay on Pro without interruption. No refund for the current period

Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the remainder of the period you already paid for. See Refund Policy for the full policy.
Deleting the MyTruv app from your device does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple will continue to bill you until you cancel through Apple Subscriptions. You can do this before or after deleting the app, but you must do it through Apple.
