You can cancel your MyTruv subscription at any time. Here’s how.
How to cancel
- Go to app.mytruv.com/login and sign in
- Navigate to your Account or Subscription settings
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
What happens after canceling
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You won’t be charged again after the current period ends
- Your data is preserved - if you resubscribe later, your accounts and history will still be there
- After your subscription expires, you’ll lose access to premium features
Things to know
- Canceling doesn’t give you a refund for the current billing period
- You can continue using all features until your subscription expires
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription - you must cancel through app.mytruv.com
Simply deleting the MyTruv app will not cancel your subscription. You must cancel at app.mytruv.com to stop future charges.
