How to find your institution

  1. Go to the Accounts tab
  2. Tap the + button
  3. Type your institution’s name in the search bar
  4. Select it from the results
If your institution appears in the search results, it’s supported.
If you can’t find your institution, see our troubleshooting guide for next steps.
Try searching by the full official name of your bank. For example, search “Navy Federal Credit Union” instead of just “Navy Federal.”
