MyTruv automatically syncs your account data throughout the day. You can also trigger a manual refresh at any time.

How to refresh your data

On the web (app.mytruv.com) - go to Connections (app.mytruv.com/data/connections):
  • Click Refresh on a single connection card to sync that one institution
  • Click Sync All at the top of the page to refresh every bank connection at once (payroll is excluded)
On iOS - pull down on the Home screen to refresh. The Connections screen (Settings → Connections) also supports pull-to-refresh.

How often does data sync?

MyTruv syncs your data automatically multiple times per day. The exact frequency depends on your financial institution.

What gets refreshed

  • Account balances
  • New transactions
  • Updated transaction details (such as pending transactions becoming posted)
  • Investment holdings and values
If you just made a purchase or payment and don’t see it yet, try a manual refresh. Some transactions may take a few hours to appear depending on your institution.
Investment account balances may be delayed by up to one business day depending on the brokerage.
