MyTruv automatically syncs your account data regularly throughout the day. However, you can also manually trigger a refresh at any time.

How to refresh your data

  • Pull down on the Home screen or Accounts tab to refresh all accounts
  • Open an account and pull down to refresh that specific account

How often does data sync?

MyTruv syncs your data automatically multiple times per day. The exact frequency depends on your financial institution.

What gets refreshed

  • Account balances
  • New transactions
  • Updated transaction details (such as pending transactions becoming posted)
  • Investment holdings and values
If you just made a purchase or payment and don’t see it yet, try pulling down to refresh. Some transactions may take a few hours to appear depending on your institution.
Investment account balances may be delayed by up to one business day depending on the brokerage.
