Viewing your subscription

To see your current subscription status:
  1. Open MyTruv and go to Settings
  2. Tap Subscription or Manage Plan
  3. View your current plan, renewal date, and pricing

Managing your subscription online

You can manage all billing and subscription details at app.mytruv.com/login:
  1. Sign in with your MyTruv account
  2. Navigate to Subscription or Account settings
From here you can:
  • View your current plan
  • Change your subscription tier
  • See your next billing date
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Changing plans

If you want to switch to a different plan:
  1. Sign in at app.mytruv.com/login
  2. Go to your subscription settings
  3. Select a different plan option
  4. Changes typically take effect at your next billing date
Check your subscription status periodically to make sure you’re on the plan that best fits your needs.
