Where to find it
- Web: Settings → Membership at app.mytruv.com/settings/subscription.
- iOS: Settings → Membership.
What you’ll see
The Membership page shows the details of your current subscription:- Current plan (for example, Monthly or Yearly).
- Status - active, trial, ends soon (web), or pending (iOS) if a cancellation is scheduled.
- Price for the current plan.
- Next billing date - when your plan renews, or when your first charge happens if you’re on a trial.
- Active discount, if a promo code or offer is applied to your account.
Changing plans
There’s no in-app plan switcher. To switch between Monthly and Yearly, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe on the plan you want. See Canceling Your Subscription for the cancel steps.Switching billing channels
MyTruv has two billing channels: the web (billed by MyTruv) and the App Store (billed by Apple). If you originally subscribed on one channel and want to move to the other, cancel the current subscription and resubscribe through the channel you want.- Web to App Store: cancel on the web, then resubscribe from the iOS app.
- App Store to web: cancel through Apple Subscriptions, then resubscribe at app.mytruv.com/settings/subscription.
Restore Purchases (iOS)
If you switched devices, reinstalled the MyTruv app, or signed in fresh and your account shows as Free even though you have an active App Store subscription, tap Restore Purchases. It’s available on the Membership screen and on the upgrade screen. This re-syncs your App Store purchase to your MyTruv account.Where the Manage button takes you (iOS)
The button on the Membership screen depends on how you pay:- App Store subscribers see Manage in App Store, which opens Apple’s subscription management so you can change payment method, see renewal details, or cancel.
- iOS bank transfer (ACH) subscribers see Manage membership, which opens the MyTruv web app where you can update payment and cancel.
- Free users see the same button as an upgrade entry point - it opens the paywall.
