Your MyTruv subscription is managed through your account at app.mytruv.com.
Viewing your subscription
To see your current subscription status:
- Open MyTruv and go to Settings
- Tap Subscription or Manage Plan
- View your current plan, renewal date, and pricing
Managing your subscription online
You can manage all billing and subscription details at app.mytruv.com/login:
- Sign in with your MyTruv account
- Navigate to Subscription or Account settings
From here you can:
- View your current plan
- Change your subscription tier
- See your next billing date
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Changing plans
If you want to switch to a different plan:
- Sign in at app.mytruv.com/login
- Go to your subscription settings
- Select a different plan option
- Changes typically take effect at your next billing date
