If you have a promo code - from a campaign, a referral, or support - you can apply it during checkout to get a discount on your subscription.

On the web (app.mytruv.com)

  1. Go to the subscription or checkout page at app.mytruv.com
  2. Enter your promo code in the Promo code field
  3. The discount applies automatically when you move to the next field
  4. The discounted price shows in your payment summary before you confirm
If you opened a shared link with a code already in the URL, the code is applied for you automatically - even if you have to sign in first.

In the iOS app

You can apply a promo code two ways:
  • Tap a promo link - if support or a campaign sent you a link with the code, opening it on your iPhone takes you straight to the subscription page with the discount already applied.
  • Enter it manually - on the subscription page, tap Have a promo code?, type your code, and the discount applies to the plan you select.
