You can no longer delete a transaction in MyTruv. Hiding one is the way to take it out of your totals, and unlike deleting it is fully reversible. The option is gone on both platforms: on the web since August 2026, and on iOS as of MyTruv iOS 1.8.

Hide a transaction instead

Hide from totals leaves the transaction in your history but excludes it from your spending, cash flow, and category totals. You can bring it back whenever you like. On the Transactions list, open the transaction’s menu and choose Hide from totals. For a transaction you have already hidden, the same menu reads Unhide from totals. A hidden transaction carries a Hidden from totals badge below its amount, so it is easy to tell apart from the rest of your history. Why deleting went away

A transaction is a record of what your bank reported, so deleting one meant permanently disagreeing with your own statement, with no list of deleted transactions and no way back once the brief Undo passed. In practice, everything people used Delete for - a duplicate, a refund, a transfer between their own accounts, a charge they did not want counted - is better served by hiding it or by marking it an internal transfer, both of which can be undone at any point. That is also how other money apps handle bank-synced transactions.

Still see a Delete option?

If your iPhone is on MyTruv iOS 1.6 or 1.7, the Delete entry is still in the transaction’s … menu until you update. It behaves as it always did: a confirmation toast with a few seconds of Undo, and after that the transaction is gone permanently.
On those versions there is no list of deleted transactions and no way to bring one back once the Undo toast disappears. Hide the transaction instead, or update to iOS 1.8 or later.
Updating does not restore anything you deleted on an earlier version.
