The Notifications Inbox keeps every alert MyTruv has sent you, so you can come back to anything you missed.

How to open the Inbox

  • iOS - tap the bell icon on the Home screen.
  • Web - open Notifications from the sidebar.

How notifications are grouped

Notifications are sorted newest first and grouped by recency (Today, Yesterday, then older items) so you can scan recent activity at a glance.

What you’ll see in the Inbox

Anything MyTruv has notified you about, including:
  • Large or unusual transactions
  • Upcoming bill reminders
  • New AI insights
  • Connection issues and security alerts
Tap any notification to jump to the relevant screen - an insight notification opens that insight, a transaction alert opens the transaction detail, and so on.

Tips

  • The Inbox shows your notification history even if push notifications are turned off, so you can still review them in the app.
  • Manage which notifications get sent in the first place from Settings → Notifications (Managing Notifications).
