The Inbox is where you can review every alert MyTruv has sent you.
Removed in MyTruv iOS 1.9. The Inbox and the notifications button on the Summary tab are gone. Everything MyTruv has to tell you is a card in your Feed, and the app icon shows how many Feed cards you haven’t read. The rest of this page describes iOS 1.8 and earlier. See About Notifications.
MyTruv iOS 1.8 and earlier. It opened from the Summary tab, with the notifications button. On the web there has never been an Inbox - your Feed carries what MyTruv has to tell you, and Feed is marked while you have cards you haven’t read. See About Notifications.

How notifications are grouped

Items are sorted newest first and grouped by day, starting with Today, then Yesterday, then older days. Unread items are marked with a small indicator so you can spot what’s new at a glance.

What you’ll see

The Inbox collects the alerts MyTruv generates for you, including:
  • Large or unusual transactions
  • Upcoming bills and recurring charges
  • New insights about your spending or cash flow
  • Connection issues with a linked account
  • Security alerts
Tap any item to jump straight to the underlying screen - an insight notification opens that insight, a transaction notification opens that transaction, and so on. Tapping an item also marks it as read automatically.

Mark all read

When you have unread items, the Inbox shows a Mark all read control. Use it to clear the unread indicators in one step without opening each item.

History stays, even with push off

The Inbox is a complete history of what MyTruv has sent you. Even if you’ve turned push notifications off on your device, every alert still shows up here so you can catch up whenever you like. To control which notifications MyTruv sends in the first place, see About Notifications.
